Strength and endurance

Hi guys, I'm a personal trainer at pure gym Aintree and formally a guardsman of the 1st battalion the illustrious Irish Guards.

I don't have as much experience as most on the mountains but I do have a lot in fitness.

I'm here to provide help on building your strength bringing your fitness up and increasing your endurance, from steady walks to steep mountain gullys I want to give you the tools and confidence to take part in the most challenging but enjoyable days we have.

I'll be posting workouts over the weeks so keep an eye out and hopefully you will learn something.
